Kieran ’s Biography

Kieran is a midfielder who started his career at Crystal Palace in 2008. He had loan spells at Crawley Town and Chesterfield before signing for AFC Wimbledon in August 2011. He left at the end of the 2011/12 season and spent just two weeks at Portsmouth before the club's perilous financial situation saw him being released. Kieran returned to Wimbledon, signing a short term deal in November 2012.

In February 2013 Kieran played on trial with Sligo Rovers against Castlebar Celtic and he signed for the club on 4 March. He made his debut just four days later as a 70th minute substitute against Derry City on 8 Match. The following weekend he scored his first goal for the club against Bray Wanderers and by the season's end he netted five league goals in 29 appearances. He also won an FAI Cup winners medal as Sligo defeated Drogheda United 3-2 in the final at the Aviva Stadium. Kieran made a further 11 league appearances in 2014 before signing for Limerick FC on 30 July 2014.

Kieran went on to play in all of Limerick's remaining thirteen league games, scoring twice in a 4-2 win over Athlone Town, as Limerick recovered to secure sixth position. In November 2014, Kieran completed a move to Cork City and signed on for the 2015 season under John Caulfield. He went on to make ten league appearances for Cork, scoring twice in wins over Galway United and Bray Wanderers, whilst also played in also four Europa League games for the club. However, Kieran became injured and returned home for rehabilitation in July 2015.
