Cillien’s Biography
Cillien played for Monaghan United in 2012 and first made the bench as an unused substitute in the club's EA Sports Cup defeat away to Sligo Rovers on 9 April. A few months later Cillien was one of many players left without a club when Monaghan withdrew from the league on 18 June.
In January 2013 Cillien hooked up with Roddy Collins again, joining First Division Athlone Town for their pre-season campaign, but he did not then sign up for the season proper. In 2013/14 Cillien played with Leinster Senior League side St Mochtas and helped the club to qualify for the 2014 FAI Cup.
