Andy’s Biography

Andy played with Bohemians U19 squad in 2011/12 and joined the first team during their pre-season programme in February 2012. He made his senior debut for the club in their Leinster Senior Cup defeat to Shamrock Rovers on 12 March 2012 and finished the season with 14 league appearances and one goal, which came against Bray Wanderers in a 4-1 win. He followed this up with another 17 appearances in the 2013 season as Bohemians finished tenth in the league. Andy went on to play just once for Bohemians during the 2014 season, in the 3-1 defeat to St Pats, before leaving the club in June 2014.

On 11 July 2014 Wexford Youths announced that they had signed Andy and he made his debut for them that night in a 2-0 reverse at home to Longford Town. He made 12 league appearances over the remainder of that year, scoring his first goal for the Youths in a 2-2 draw with Galway FC on the final day of the season.

Andy stayed with Wexford for 2015 and went on to make 22 league appearances for the Youths, scoring five times, as they won the league title and promotion to the Premier Division. However, the Youths were relegated back to the First Division at the end of 2016, a season in which Andy scored four times from 27 league appearances. At the end of that season Andy left Ireland to live in Australia where he played with Southern United.
