Andy’s Biography

Andrew played for the Cork City U19 side in the 2011/2012 season and he also played a part in the club's 2011 promotion winning season in the First Division. He 1 league appearance for Tommy Dunne's senior side that year, as a late substitute against Monaghan United on 4 October, and he added 4 more league appearances during the summer months of Cork's 2012 Premier Division campaign. Andy went on loan to MSL side College Corinthians in their 2012/13 winter season and returned to City colours in the latter half of 2013. He remained at Turner's Cross for the opening half of the 2014 season but did not make any further senior appearances and moved to Cobh Ramblers in the summer transfer window,

Andy made his debut for Cobh against Waterford United on 2 August and made 8 league appearances over the latter half of the season. In January 2015 Cobh announced that Andy had re-signed for the club ahead of their 2015 First Division season but on 20th February he moved on, signing for Tommy Dunne at Galway United FC.

Injuries restricted him from making appearances towards the start of the season but he came back to make ten league appearances as Galway finished tenth in the Premier Division. He also played in the EA Sports Cup Final, which Galway lost on penalties to St Pats. In January 2016, Andy returned to Cobh Ramblers in the First Division.

Andy went on to make four league appearances for the Rams, and also scored the winning goal in the Munster Senior Cup Final, before he left Cobh in May 2016.
