James’s Biography
James made his league debut for Wexford Youths in a 3-0 defeat away to Shelbourne on 3 September 2011, and went on to make 7 league appearances that season. Under new boss, Shane Keegan, James made a further 15 league appearances in 2012, adding 16 more in 2013. James was also a regular in 2014, making 11 league appearances for the Youths before injury ended his season in July.
Jimmy returned for Wexford for the 2015 season and went on to make seventeen league appearances for the club, scoring once in a 4-0 win over Waterford United, as Wexford were champions of the First Division come the end of the season. He left the club at the end of the season before he signed for local rivals Waterford United in January 2016.
Jimmy went on make eight league appearances before leaving Waterford United in June 2016.
