Josh’s Biography

Josh is a centre back who played with Letterkenny Rovers before signing for Finn Harps in 2011. He played with Harps A Championship side that season and made the bench three times for the first team. Josh was released by Harps in July 2011 when he returned to Letterkenny Rovers.

In January 2013 Josh returned to Finn Park, signing for manager Peter Hutton. He made his senior debut in an EA Cup tie against Derry City on 20 May 2013 and made 9 league appearances over the 2013 season. In 2014 Josh scored his first league goal for Harps, in a 2-2 draw against Wexford Youths, and he played in 21 of the club's 28 league matches.

The next season would see Josh make 23 league appearances during the First Division campaign, scoring once in the the 3-2 win over Cobh, before playing in all four play-off matches, scoring once again in the 2-1 win over UCD, as Finn Harps were promoted to the Premier Division after overcoming UCD and Limerick. Injury kept him out of the opening half of Harps' 2016 Premier Division campaign, but he recovered to make 12 league appearances as the Donegal club retained their Premier Division berth with a tenth place finish.
