Ian’s Biography
Ian developed in the Athlone Town underage system and was named in Mike Kerley's first team squad for 2011. He didn't appear that season but was a member of the club's U19 side in 2011/12. He made 2 first team appearances in 2012, coming on as a sub against UCD in the Leinster Senior Cup and starting against Drogheda United in the EA Sports Cup.
After a break from the club Ian returned to Athlone colours in January 2017 when he re-signed for the club ahead of their 2017 First Division campaign.
