Craig’s Biography
Craig played with Wexford Youths in 2011 making his first appearance in the opening league game of the season and scoring his first goal against Cork City at Ferrycarrig Park on 20 May 2011. He made 21 league appearances that year and added 16 more in 2012.
Craig only appeared twice for the Youths in 2013 but was again named in Shane Keegan's squad for 2014 when he made 16 league appearances as the Youths challenged for the promotion play-offs. At the end of the 2014 season Craig briefly returned to Junior football, signing for Kilkenny side Freebooters FC, before returning to Wexford colours in January 2015.
Craig went on to be a big part of that Wexford side, making 24 league appearances as the Youths won the First Division title. Craig went on to make 5 Premier Division appearances in 2016 but the club were relegated back to the First Division for 2017. Craig made another 14 league appearances that year before leaving the club in June with a grand total of 98 league appearances to his name.
