Shane’s Biography
Shane is a goalkeeper who, as a youngster, was snapped up by Colchester United in the summer of 2008. He spent two years there, returning to Ireland in the summer of 2010 when he joined Pat Scully at Limerick FC.
Shane graduated to Limerick's first team squad in 2011 and provided goalkeeping cover from the bench on 21 occasions, making his debut, and only league appearance of the season, against Salthill Devon on 19 August 2011. He re-signed for the 2012 season but didn't make an appearance as Limerick won the First Division and promotion to Premier Division. Shane stayed at Limerick for the 2013 season and played 6 games in the league for the club, keeping one clean sheet, as Limerick finished 7th.
Shane re-signed for Limerick in 2014 and made seven league appearances, keeping one clean sheet, as they finished sixth in the Premier Division table. In December 2014, Shane moved to Athlone Town for the 2015 season in the First Division. He made eleven appearances, keeping two clean sheets, before leaving the club in June 2015.
In February 2021, Jack signed for LOI newcomers Treaty United.
