Former Drogheda United midfielder Peter McMahon has signed for Bohemians for the 2012 season.

McMahon made his senior debut with Drogheda United in 2007 against Shamrock Rovers before moving to UCD, where he secured a scholarship, for the 2009 campaign.

The midfielder was brought back to Drogheda half-way through the 2010 season and made 15 appearances during that spell at the Louth club. Mid-way through the 2011 season he re-signed for Mick Cooke's Drogheda United.
