Galway United's Alan Keane looks set to be playing his football elsewhere this season, according to new manager Ian Foster.

Foster was speaking at a Fans Forum organised by the Galway United Supporters Trust.

Keane is very much a fans' favourite at Terryland, but is currently out of contract and has so far rejected all offers from the Terryland club.

It's understood that Sligo Rovers are keen on capturing the 24-year-old defender who can operate at centre back or right back.
