FULL TIME!

Stick around to read Simon O'Gorman's report on this entertaining game!

94'

FULL TIME!

Four minutes up, 9 men Bohemians leave Richmond Park with a point - great result for Pat Fenlon's men, but the Saints players know they have dropped two points tonight - credit to the away side though

93'
Pats go close through a scramble in the box, but the assistant referee's flag goes up anyway for offside, wouldn't have counted anyway

92'
Another corner from Bradley, and this time it's Evan McMillan who heads over. 2 minutes left of injury time (we think)

91'

Substitution

Bohs Sub - Chris Forrester replaces Anto Flood.

90'
Stephen Bradley's corner is headed on by Saints' skipper Conor Kenna at the near post but it just goes over the bar

88'

Yellow Card

SO CLOSE! Derek Pender's cross is headed just wide by Dave Mulcahy, inches wide. From the resulting goal-kick, Aidan Price is booked for time wasting - he's been taking the goalkicks for Bohs since the end of the first half.

88'

Substitution

Bohs Sub - Roberto Lopes replaces Mark Rossiter.

87'
Pats work the ball into a central position and Dave Mulcahy's run forward nearly ends with a shot on goal, but Barry Murphy is quick off his line and gets the loose ball

86'
Derek Pender's cross runs across the box, and falls to Daryl Kavanagh at the backpost, his shot is deflected and Barry Murphy parries it away. In another Saints' attack seconds later, Kavanagh works some space, but his shot is again saved by Murphy

85'
... which Mulcahy wins again, but his header is gathered well by Barry Murphy in the Bohemians goal

84'
Derek Pender beats Killian Brennan on the right, but his cross his headed away for a corner... which comes in and finds Dave Mulcahy, his volley deflects just wide. Another corner...

83'
The ball falls for Ian Bermingham on the edge of the box, but the full-back can only shoot wide

76'
Pats looking to spread the ball wide to the onrushing Derk Pender at every opportunity, Shane McFaul picks out the full-back and he squares to Daryl Kavanagh. The striker steps inside a challenge before shooting. His strike deflects just over the bar

75'
Pats pushing everyone forward at every opportunity bar their two centre backs, Conor Kenna and Evan McMillan

75'
Feely goes in beside Aidan Price at centre-back, and his first task is to deal with a long ball which he clears for a throw-in

74'

Substitution

Bohs Sub - Kevin Feely replaces Steven Hurley.

73'
... Bradley's corner is cleared by Bohs, but only as far as Shane McFaul on the edge of the box - however the midfielder can only put the ball over the bar

73'
Stephen Bradley's long range shot is blocked, corner to Pats

71'
So close to a goal for Pats. Derek Pender and Dave Mulcahy both do well to rob Killian Brennan of the ball, before Mulcahy plays in Dave McMillan who sees his shot hit the post.

68'

Yellow Card

Unbelievable, Bohs striker Anto Flood is shown a card for restarting the game too quickly.

68'

Substitution

Pats make a double change - Shane McFaul replaces Derek Doyle, and Ian Daly comes on for Anto Murphy. Game on now in Richmond, Pats are playing against NINE men.

67'

PENALTY SCORED!

Stephen Bradley scores from the spot, sending Barry Murphy the wrong way.

66'

Red Card

Stephen Bradley's corner in is flicked on at the front post, and Daryl Kavanagh's shot is blocked by the hand of Liam Burns. Burns receives a red card. Penalty to come....

65'
Penalty to Pats

64'
Two Pats subs to come on shortly....

63'

Yellow Card

Evan McMillan takes out Ollie Cahill when the full-back raids forward, free to Bohs is taken by Steven Hurley who nearly picks out Anto Flood on the backpost, but Derek Doyle clears for a corner

62'
Stephen Bradley's free finds the head of Derek Doyle, but his looping header goes a few feet over Barry Murphy's crossbar

61'
Aidan Price goes through Dave McMillan for a header, McMillan comes off worst in the clash of heads it appears, but Pats at least do have a free

60'
Pats come forward and show a bit of a threat, Daryl Kavanagh spreads it wide to Anto Murphy, who feeds the overlapping Derek Pender, his cross finds Dave McMillan at the near post, but the striker can only head wide

58'
Pats struggling to get going here, they really miss the pace of Danny North up front

56'
1207 here to see the game tonight - lots of people missing an entertaining contest

55'

Yellow Card

Pats trying to force the issue now, Derek Doyle spins off his left flank but overplays it and then brings down Steven Hurley - he becomes the second Pats player to go into Tom Connolly's book tonight

54'
Dave Mulcahy gets his head on a Derek Pender cross from deep, but he can't get any power on his effort and it's simple for Barry Murphy to gather

52'
It looked like Rogers tipped Brennan's free onto the bar, to which Fagan's bicycle kick fell for Burns to score. Bohs have been passing the ball better now than they had with 11 men in the opening 40 minutes!

52'

GOAL!

From the free, Rogers somehow saves Killian Brennan's free, but the loose ball is acrobatically taken on by Anto Flood and his attempted shot falls to Liam Burns who has the simplest of tasks and tap in from 5 yards out - the 10 men lead!

50'

Yellow Card

Pats lucky not to concede a penalty, a crossfield ball by Steven Hurley is missed by Ian Bermingham and collected by Ger O'Brien, and the Pats full-back is given a card for a foul on the edge of the box

48'
Some lovely footwork by Killian Brennan in the centre of the field, but it comes to nothing

48'
Ball played into the corner, and Conor Kenna panics a bit in whacking the ball out of play, should've just kept it simple and played it to Bermingham or back to his keeper

47'
Derek Pender raids down the right flank after a great crossfield ball by Stephen Bradley, but the full-back's cross goes out of play

46'
Great play from Daryl Kavanagh down the Pats left, he outsprints the Bohs defence, squares the ball back to Dave McMillan, but the former UCD striker can only blast the ball over the bar.

46'
Confident start to the second half by the 10 men of Bohs, knocking the ball around well - though as I say/type that, Liam Burns hoofs the ball over the main stand!

46'

Second Half

Tom Connolly blows his whistle and Pats get us back underway here in Richmond Park

45'

Half Time

Tom Connolly blows his whistle to indicate half-time, it's somehow still scoreless here. There's drama still to come tonight you sense!

45'
Dave Mulcahy gives away a free on the halfway line for a foul on Steven Hurley, Pat Fenlon is keen to make sure he claps the decision - he's still not happy with that red card

45'
Fourth Official Damien Hancock indicates 2 minutes of added time

43'

Red Card

Harsh decision this - Christy Fagan receives his second yellow of the game and heads for an early shower. With Evan McMillan playing a long ball forward, Fagan again comes in late on a Saints defender. However I'm not so sure it warranted anything other than a stern talking to - let's see what Simon O'Gorman makes of it in his report straight after the final whistle tonight!

40'
Great chance for Bohs there, Ger O'Brien's strong run forward forces an error from Ian Bermingham who fails to clear properly, and O'Brien's pull back finds Anto Flood. However the forward can only produce a scruffy shot on goal which Rogers gathers at the second attempt

38'
Down at the other end, Bohs attack with intent, and Killian Brennan's forceful run forward, ends with the ball being pulled back for Mark Rossiter to cross. However the full-back's cross is just too high for Christy Fagan in the penalty area

37'
Best chance of the game - and Daryl Kavanagh's missed it. Bohs initially clear a Pats corner, but after Dave Mulcahy recovers the loose ball, the ball is worked wide to Dave McMIllan and his cross is flicked just wide by Kavanagh - he'll be disappointed he didn't score there

36'
Mistake by Aidan Price, under pressure from Daryl Kavanagh, his attempted backpass to Barry Murphy goes straight out for a corner to Pats

34'
Ollie Cahill's long ball forward to chased by Ger O'Brien and Gary Rogers comes off his line to just about gather, O'Brien wasn't far away from nipping in to score there - Bohs doing much better in the last few minutes

32'
Bohs enjoy their first real spell of possession and after an attempted clearance from Conor Kenna only finds Anto Flood, the attacker sees his shot go straight at Gary Rogers - the Saints' keeper has had little to do

30'
Both teams showing great commitment here tonight, you'd expect nothing less in a Dublin derby - especially in this fixture in Richmond Park - Pats vs Bohs classic games will be mentioned later I promise!

29'
Pats win another free, Bohs showing poor discipline tonight, but this time Stephen Bradley's free is headed away by Aidan Price for a corner.

27'
Bradley's free is well blocked by the Bohemians' defence

27'
Free to the Saints now, central position, Bradley to take it looks like

26'
Pats still really trying to force the issue while they're well on top, but they over do it when Anto Murphy takes a quick throw and the ball simply rolls out over the end line for a goalkick.

24'
Said it once, I'll say it again, IT'S ALL PATS AT THE MOMENT. Bohs can't use Glenn Cronin's absence as an excuse as he's back on a while now. Anto Murphy gets the ball on the right, turns inside Ollie Cahill, before seeing his left footed strike go wide of Barry Murphy's far post

22'
Daryl Kavanagh hits a high cross to the far post of the box, and coming in off his left flank, Derek Doyle tries the spectacular volley, but unfortunately after making great contact, he sees his shot blocked by the Bohs defence

21'
The Saints mess it up as Bradley tries to find Kavanagh with a short ball, but Bohs react quicker to the loose ball, and Rossiter clears

21'
Pats well on top here, Ian Bermingham raids down the left, his cross fizzes across the box, and Mark Rossiter does well to head away for a corner. Bradley's takes the corner, and Derek Doyle flicks it from the front post to the back post, Aidan Price is on hand to head away under pressure from Dave McMillan. Another corner to Pats....

20'
Dave McMillan gets a long range shot in from around 25 yards out, Barry Murphy saves comfortably

20'
Down the other end, Anto Murphy again makes good progress but Bohs keeper Barry Murphy again saves his side as he claims the Pats' players pull-back - Derek Doyle was waiting to tap it in.

19'

Yellow Card

Christy Fagan breaks forward after good play from Ger O'Brien and Killian Brennan, but after he loses the ball to Derek Pender, he lunges in on the Saints' full-back to earn a booking

16'
Pats enjoying the one man advantage, another free for them and Stephen Bradley to take - but Aidan Price defends it well and Barry Murphy gathers.

15'
... But the free is hit short to Daryl Kavanagh, who turns his man, and sees his shot saved by Barry Murphy

15'
Free to Pats, Anto Murphy fouled by Brennan, Pats pack the box

14'
Glenn Cronin picks up a head injury, he leaves the field. Nasty gash on the right side of his head, Bohs temporarily down to 10 men

11'
Anto Murphy again tests his namesake, this time after winning a tackle with Glenn Cronin, before seeing his long range effort saved by the Bohs keeper

10'
Good play by Anto Murphy on the right for the Saints, he beats Killian Brennan out wide, before drilling the ball across the box, good save by Barry Murphy though in the Bohs goal

9'
Another free to the away side, take two perhaps, and a much better effort as Killian Brennan's swerving free causes problems for Rogers who fails to initially gather it, but recovers to regain the ball

9'
Free to Bohs, but Steven Hurley wastes the opportunity

8'
Oh Dear. Brennan gave the ball away in midfield but Pats waste possession as Derek Doyle floats a high ball harmlessly into no man's land.

7'
Derek Doyle trying to force the issue here, but his ball forward runs aimlessly out of play

6'
Killian Brennan plays a ball down the left for Fagan to chase but Evan McMillan has it well covered.

5'
Both sides are just testing each other out so far. No clear chances as the pattern of the game has yet to establish itself.

2'
Bohs have started with Flood out on the right in what looks like a 4-5-1.

1'

GAME ON!

Bohs tip off and we're away!

0'
Here come the teams so we should be underway in just a few moments.

0'
Fifteen minutes til kick off now and the crowd are slowly rolling in. The shadows have grown long too. The floodlight will be on at kick off, I would imagine.

0'
For Bohemians, Mark Rossiter fills in at full back for the suspended Owen Heary with Stephen Hurley taking a slot in central midfield alongside Glenn Cronin. Flood and Fagan start up front.

0'
Danny North plays no part fro Pats tonight. David McMillan gets a start in his place and it remains to be seen whether Daryl Kavanagh will play alongside him or in a deeper midfield role. Also, Conor Kenna starts in central defence with Brian Shortall dropping to the bench.

0'
Ok, reverie interrupted; the teams are in. They'll be up shortly.

0'
The sun has come out to play i Inchicore tonight. It's one of those sun dappled summer evenings that made summer football make so much sense. I think it's important to take a moment at times like this to just look around and appreciate your surroundings. So, if you'll excuse me....

0'
The tree lined banks of the Camac watch on as a few of the St Pats lads roll a ball around at the Kilmainham end. There are a few stray Bohs players chatting in the away dug-out. The stewards are getting their 'no nonsense' faces on. A middle aged man has got here with his young son and they sit in the empty stand, just thinking. It's match night. Come on down if you're not doing anything.

0'
It's all very calm inside Richmond Park as we get ready for St Pats v Bohemians. Outside there are lots of Gardai and fences and check-points where there normally aren't! This is a big game, both because it's a Dublin derby, and because a win is crucial in terms of keeping up with the leading pack in the race for the 2011 league title. It also happens to be one of those golden tickets, a game in hand.
