FULL TIME!

Full time and it was comfortable in the end for Shelbourne, but Bohs had their chances and will be disappointed.

90' + 3'

Yellow Card

Bohs' Kevin Feely is booked, not sure why.

90'
Four minutes added on. Mulcahy blazed a shot over there.

87'

Yellow Card

Davidson booked.

86'
Another Bohs corner hammered away.

84'

Substitution

Philly Hughes off for another Philly: Gorman.

84'
Oh Karl Moore! Dave Mulcahy let it pass through his legs in the Shels box after a smashing passing move, but Moore shit wide in the end. Close.

83'

Yellow Card

Shels' keeper Dean Delany is booked.

82'

Substitution

First sub for Shels, Anto Murphy makes his debut. He's on for Brendan McGill.

78'

Substitution

Dwayne Wilson is off, Correy Davidson on for Bohs.

77'
Bohs keep looking to counter attack, but their passes have been picked up by Shels defenders the last few times.

73'

Yellow Card

Shels have Hughes booked, it looked like he dived under a bit of pressure in the Bohs box.

70'
Hughes had an easy finish after Sexton couldn't hold Paddy Kavanagh's shot

70'

GOAL!

GOALLL!!! HUGHES!

70'

Substitution

Bohs sub: Ryan McEvoy and Luke Byrne off, replaced by Dave Mulcahy and Dave Byrne.

69'
A good Karl Moore cross off the right is headed away.

68'
A Gareth Matthews free from way out is drafted in and comes to Glen Cronin. His volley is comfortably saved by Sexton though.

66'
Shels are having a good spell now. Paddy Kavanagh is still very lively out wide.

62'
It's been an entertaining, attack-and-counter attack game so far this half. Shels take their turn now- a corner from the left is taken long and caught by Sexton after it comes back in.

59'
The Bohs crowd are apoplectic after Dinny Corcoran, who looked tom latch on to a long ball in front of goal is ruled offside. It was offside, though.

55'
Paddy Kavanagh is set loose down the wing by a lobbed ball, but cross isn't good enough.

53'

Yellow Card

Ian Ryan booked. Bohs attack again from the free to the right of the box but Delany saves.

51'
Another Bohs corner, their 2nd of the half, swung in but cleared away nicely in the end.

50'
Bohs putting Shels under a lot of pressure here.

49'
Bohs free in, headed right in front of goal by Dwayne Wilson. He stopped low for it but it was cleared away.

46'

Second Half

And we are back on. The teams are as they are.

45' + 2'

Half Time

...and that is pretty much the final action of the first half, as Alan Kelly brings this pulsating derby to a temporary pause. 1-0 to the visitors.

45' + 1'
Free kick to Bohemians (they seem to have had alot haven't they!) just outside the box, slightly to the left. Danny Joyce looks like taking it with his right foot, but it's Karl Moore with his left that bends it around the wall and almost beats Delany at his near post.

44'

Yellow Card

Owen Heary belies his age as he bursts past Lorcan Fitzgerald on the half way line. He has the beating of him and the Shelbourne defender resorts to blocking his run cynically. First yellow card of the game.

42'
Shelbourne are the nosier of the supporters, and they've every reason to sing. Despite being on the back foot for the early stages, they find themselves ahead as we enter the last few minutes of the half.

37'
A hopeful punt by Bohemians is spilled by Delany in the air. Luckily for Delany and Shels, there is no home player there to capitalise.

35'
The ball is swung across the Shelbourne box from the right. Dwayne Wilson is on the far post and swings a thundering right foot at it only to be blocked by Gareth Mathews. Gareth Mathews brings the ball out right and his clearance in turn is blocked by Wilson. The pace of the game has gone up even more!

34'
Karl Moore takes the corner, but the attacking header goes over the bar.

32'
Quite a few free kicks here, but Kelly is keeping his cards his pocket. The latest one is in Bohemian's favour and Kevin Feely kicks it long from the halfway line into the Shelbourne box. Shels should be able to cope with this, but it goes out for a Bohemians corner.

25'
The game has gotten alot feistier since that goal!

20'

GOAL!

Goal for Paddy Kavanagh!

20'
Goal for Paddy Kavanagh, and a great goal at that. It came out of nothing. Evan McMillan was caught in possession in the Bohemian's defence. His clearance was blocked down by Paddy Kavanagh, but he still had a lot to do. He takes a couple of touches then releases and unstoppable drive into the top corner. The away team are ahead.

18'
Dwayne Wilson does very well to get past the Shelbourne full back on the right. He whips in a cross and Corcoran flashes a header narrowly over. Bohs are getting closer, but Delany hasn't had a difficult save to make and Shels are still in this.

14'
The game has settled down a bit and is played in or around the centre circle for a few minutes. "You only came to see the Shels!" is the cry coming from the Des Kelly stand.

11'
Bohs are on top at the moment, and they win a corner on the left hand side. Karl Moore takes it, and Roberto Lopes finds himself with a free header - only to see it sail over the bar.

10'
The ball breaks to Corcoran at the edge of the Shelbourne box. He connects well with his right foot, but he doesn't trouble Delany who is able to gather.

9'
Danny Joyce takes the free kick, but it is very poor. Shelbourne clear with ease.

8'
Dinny Corcoran catches a Shels player in possession in the centre circle. The ball finds its way left to Dwayne Wilson. He is brought down in the corner by Matthews. Free to Bohs.

7'
Kevin Feeley challenges for a header late on Shels captain Glen Cronin on the halfway line, free to Shels. Gareth Matthews hoofs it into the homeside's box but it is easily dealt with.

3'
Luke Byrne goes on a mazy run up the left flank. He beats the Shelbourne full back and gets a cross in. Dinny Corcoran is on hand with the header, but it is directed straight at Dean Delany in the Shelbourne goal.

1'
Stadium announcers get it wrong too sometimes, indeed it's Feely coming in for Pender at the back with Davidson completing the bench.

1'

GAME ON!

...and we're under way...

0'
...and we're ready to go...Bohs to kick off from right to left into the Shelbourne fans in the Des Kelly Stand.

0'
Late change to the Bohs team. Derek Pender is out, and in comes Correy Davidson.

0'
We've already had Johnny Logan...the crowd is continuing to grow. Not long to go...

0'
The man in the middle tonight is Corkman Alan Kelly. Coincidentally he was also the referee the last time these two teams met in the league back in 2006!

0'
The teams are on the pitch warming up, the Jody stand is beginning to fill, and there's just over 15 minutes to kick off. Who will come out on top? As always you can contact us on twitter (@ExtratimeNews) or on extratimelive@gmail.com

0'
The away team make one change from the side that almost marked their return to the Premier Division with a home victory against Sligo last week. In comes Brendan McGill in place of David Cassidy who is not in the Shelbourne matchday squad tonight.

0'
The home team make six changes from their Setanta Cup draw away to Crusaders last Monday. Returning to the Bohs team are among others Karl Moore and Dinny Corcoran, but in particular it will be a big occasion for Owen Heary. A veteran of many Bohs - Shels derbies, this will be his first time lining out for the black and red side of the divide.

0'
45 minutes to go to kick off, and the supporters are beginning to trickle in. Eager as we are here at extratime.ie, we have been here for hours - and you should now be able to find the starting teams on either side of this page.

0'
It is time for this most eagerly awaited event- the first Bohs-Shels derby in the league in five years. These two northside rivals did meet twice last season- with Shels winning the first match, in the League Cup, 4-2. Bohs got revenge in the Leinster Senior Cup semi-final, though, beating Shels in extra time. This is the oldest league derby in the Republic of Ireland- stretching back to the foundation of the league in 1922. It should be a good one, and it's Niall Farrell and Brian Fitzgerald here to guide you through it.
