It's been announced that Graham Gartland will ply his trade with Shelbourne for the forthcoming 2013 season.

The 29-year-old central defender joins Shels after a spell with Shamrock Rovers that saw Gartland add a Leinster Senior Cup medal to his impressive haul of Irish football medals.

The experienced Gartland has already amassed three FAI Cup Winners medals, a League Cup winners medal, two Setanta Sports Cup medals and a League winners medal during previous spells with Longford Town and Drogheda United. He has also played for St. Pat's.

Graham also played for St. Johnstone in Scotland, helping the Perth club in securing promotion from the Scottish First Division.
