Cabo add to their ranks with the quadruple signing of Knight, Lotefa, Manahan and Crowley

First Division Playoff hopefuls Cabinteely have confirmed the signing of quartet, Conor Crowley, Christian Lotefa, Karl Manahan and club record appearance holder Kevin Knight.

Knight and Lotefa both return to the fold following stints at Longford and Athlone Town respectively while Karl Manahan returns home from a spell in Scotland.

Former UCD midfielder Conor Crowley also joins the Green and White’s after the 21-year-old departed the Students following the conclusion of his degree at Belfield.

While at Longford Town, Knight was unable to force his way into Neale Fenn’s plans at City Calling Stadium having only made one league appearance for the Red and Black along with one EA Sports Cup bow for the club.

Also returning is Christian Lotefa who also struggled for minutes whilst away from Cabo having only featured once for Athlone Town.

While he was with Terry Butler’s side, the powerful 24-year-old played just 14 minutes of league action for the Lissywoolen outfit.

Karl Manahan completes the trio of re-signings after returning from a spell in Scotland. Manahan made three appearances for Cabo last term where he scored once in the 2-2 home draw with Drogheda United.

However, joining the club for the first time is 21-year-old midfielder Conor Crowley who recently departed the Students.

While at the UCD Bowl, Crowley made 11 first-team league appearances for the club while he also played a pivotal role in their UEFA Youth League tie against Molde of Norway.
