Galway United's league ties with Longford Town and Bray Wanderers rescheduled

Galway United’s First Division ties away to Longford Town and Bray Wanderers have been rescheduled to Mondays later in the season due to postponements.

The Tribesmen’s trip to Longford Town, which was rained off last month, has been re-fixed for Bank Holiday Monday, June 3rd, with a kick-off time of 3pm.

The league tie with Bray Wanderers, which had been due to be played at the Carlisle Grounds on Saturday, May 11th, will now take place nine days later on Monday the 20th at 7.45pm.

The originally scheduled date has been deemed unsuitable as it comes on a rest day between the group stage game between Austria and Germany and the first quarter-final at the Wicklow stadium.

Finally, the Premier Division tie between Finn Harps and St Patrick’s Athletic, which will take place on Easter Monday, April 22nd, has been brought forward to a 5pm kick-off.
