Joe Doyle and Adam Hayden make move to Bray

Bray Wanderers have announced the signings of striker Joe Doyle and goalkeeper Adam Hayden.

21-year-old Doyle joins from Cabinteely, where he has spent the last three seasons.

Doyle scored seven goals in 24 league appearances in his first season with Cabinteely in 2016, after making the step up to first team football. He played with Dundalk’s under-19 squad previously in 2015.

The 2017 season saw Doyle make 27 league appearances, scoring ten times as Cabinteely managed to finish fifth in the First Division.

He rejoined Cabinteely in 2018 but now makes the move to Gary Cronin’s Bray side.

Joining Doyle at Bray will be goalkeeper Adam Hayden, who joins from Bluebell United.

Hayden made his debut for Bluebell in August but now makes the move to the Airtricity League club, who also signed goalkeeper Gabriel Sava from Dundalk in December.

“Again having young talented players on board like Joe and Adam is what Bray is now about and what we are trying to build,” manager Gary Cronin said.

Evan Moran, who played in goal for Bray last season, has made the move this week to Dungannon Swifts.
