Watch: Dundalk leave it late to down Cork City and move top

Dundalk left it late to take all three points and move top of the table with a 2-1 win over the champions Cork City.

Sean McLoughlin turned into his own net in the final minute as the Lilywhites made it nine consecutive wins to move two points clear at the summit.

Dundalk took the lead mere seconds into the second half when Michael Duffy played in Kristian Adjoran, and he tucked the ball past Mark McNulty in the City goal.

The visitors levelled 20 minutes from time through substitute Josh O'Hanlon as he nodded the ball past Gary Rogers.

But the home side snatched all three points in the dying moments as Ronan Murray crossed for Patrick Hoban, whose diving header went in off the unfortunate McLoughlin.
