Watch: Graham Cummins bags hat-trick as Rebel Army down Sligo Rovers

Graham Cummins grabbed a hat-trick in just his second league game since re-joining Cork City as the Rebel Army posted a 4-1 victory at Sligo Rovers.

The striker opened the scoring after just five minutes, ghosting in front of Sligo captain Kyle Callan-McFadden and nodding home Karl Sheppard's cross.

Kieran Sadlier doubled the champions' advantage six minutes later after Rhys McCabe was harshly adjudged to have handled Alan Bennett's shot.

Cummins doubled his tally seconds into the second half as Callan-McFadden left a pass short to Mitchelle Beeney and the striker slotted into an empty net.

Former Liverpool trainee Adam Morgan pulled one back for Sligo from the spot, but lost McCabe to a red card for something he said to the assistant referee.

And Cummins completed his hat-trick with a minute remaining when he helped Shane Griffin's cross into the net from point-blank range.
