Dean Kelly returned to the ground where he won a league title as Leinster Senior League champions St Mochta's pushed Shamrock Rovers all the way in the Leinster Senior Cup.

The Hoops led at half time through a Brandon Kavanagh penalty but they were stunned when Kelly went on a mazy run before shot into the corner to even things up two minutes after the break.

It wasn't quite to be for the Saints as they succumbed to an Evan Smithers strike midway through the second half as Rovers progress to the last eight.
