Bohemians sign midfielder Dylan Watts on loan from Leicester City

Bohemians have announced the signing of attacking midfielder Dylan Watts from Premier League side Leicester City on a short term loan until July.

 

The 20-year-old attacking midfielder previously played in the League of Ireland for UCD in 2015/2016 and played a major part in their historic Europa League win against F91 Dudelange with a man of the match performance in the first leg in Belfield.

 

He signed for the Foxes in September 2016 and has featured for their under-23 side on a number of occasions but has yet to be given a chance with the first team.

 

Watts played schoolboy football with St Kevin’s Boys and was a schools international before making his under-19 Republic of Ireland debut against Italy in 2015.

 

Bohs will get their season underway on Friday, February 16th with an eagerly awaited Dublin derby against close rivals Shamrock Rovers.
