Bohemians announce new deals for trio

Bohemians have announced that Warren O’Hora, Fuad Sule and Oscar Brennan have signed deals which will keep them at the club until the end of the 2018 season.

Speaking about the contract extensions, manager Keith Long has stressed the importance of tying down young talent to deals at Dalymount Park.

“It's important we retain our best young players. They have an affinity to the club already and we want to grow this group together at Dalymount Park.”

Warren O’Hora has captained Bohs at both U17 and U19 level, making the transition up to the first team squad and recently turned down a scholarship the US to stay at home.

Speaking about the contract renewal, Long has noted that O'Hora has taken this step up seamlessly.

“He's taken the step up in his stride and has looked very comfortable.”

Also extending his deal at Dalymount is midfielder Fuad Sule. Sule has been a revelation under Long this season since making his debut against Cabinteely in the EA Sports Cup.

Such has been his fine form at Dalymount, Sule has been nominated for the SSE Airtricity/Soccer Writers Player of the Month award for July. Keith Long has been impressed with his performances so far this season since his move from St Pats in the off-season.

“Fuad deservedly gets a lot of plaudits for his performances and is another player with a big future ahead of him.”

Oscar Brennan has also signed a new deal. Since Brennan's move from First Division side Cabinteely he has been a major influence on his team has received praise from the Dalymount Park faithful.

Keith Long has also been heaping praise on his new recruit, saying “Oscar probably doesn't get the praise he deserves. He’s someone who gets so much of the unheralded work done around midfield.

“He's been a great asset and you only have to ask his team-mates how much they value his contribution to the team.”

The trio all sign new deals on the back of two very impressive results over Shamrock Rovers in the Dublin Derby and over Cork City at Turner’s Cross which ended City's 23 game unbeaten run.
