Watch: A well-worked Graham Burke goal seals Rovers' passage in Europe
Shamrock Rovers lead Stjarnan 1-0 at half time in Tallaght Stadium thanks to a wonderfully-worked 20th-minute strike from Graham Burke.
The Hoops took a 1-0 lead into the tie thanks to Gary Shaw's goal in the first leg in Reykjavik, and they quickly set about doubling the advantage as they had the better of the early play.
The goal came about as a result of a wonderful piece of play by Brandon Miele as he let the ball run through his legs and skinned full-back Johann Laxdal wide on the right and drove into the box.
Miele fizzed a low cross in front of the goal that looked to be headed out for a goal kick until Trevor Clarke brilliantly turned the ball back to Burke, who tapped in from two yards out.

Before kick-off, the Eir Sports analysis team of former Hoops boss Pat Fenlon, former Rovers reserve boss Brian Kerr and ex-player Damian Lynch got a drenching from the sprinklers.
Top professionalism from all involved to keep the show on the road!
