Saints to host SPL side Hearts in July friendly

St Patrick’s Athletic will host Scottish Premier League side Heart of Midlothian in a friendly fixture at Richmond Park on Wednesday, July 5th at 7.45pm.

 

The Jambos travel to Dublin in July for a week-long training camp before heading to Belfast for a friendly against Linfield on July 8th.

 

This comes after a glut of League of Ireland clubs have announced friendlies with English clubs in recent weeks.

 

On the same day the Saints face Hearts, Cobh Ramblers host Norwich City, with a kick-off time of 7.30pm.

 

On Saturday, July 8th Bohemians host FC United of Manchester, Shamrock Rovers play Celtic (both 3pm kick-offs) and Drogheda United host Ipswich Town (kick-off 2pm).

 



Charlton Athletic are on their travels for three consecutive days around Ireland.

 

Firstly, they head to Richmond Park to play Crumlin United on the 10th, as well as a game against Limerick a day later. UCD entertain the Addicks on the 12th. All three games kick-off at 7.45pm).

 

Lastly, on Friday, July 14th Shamrock Rovers host Premier League side Burnley at Tallaght Stadium, with kick-off scheduled for 7pm.
