Watch: Bohemians jump to fourth with win in Drogheda

Dan Byrne's late header earned Bohemians their third win in four games as they extended their winning run away at Drogheda United.

Byrne stooped unchallenged to head home Lorcan Fitzgerald's free kick to see Keith Long's side leap above Bray Wanderers into fourth position in the table.

The Gypsies, wearing their white away strip for the first time in the league, threatened first as Paddy Kavanagh found space for a shot from distance that was well saved by Stephen McGuinness.

Sean Thornton should have put the home side in front later in the half as he received a pass from Stephen Elliott and ghosted through the defence before poking the ball wide.

Elliott was well-denied by the outrushing Shane Supple after the break, while McGuinness again denied Bohs from long-range as he got behind Derek Pender's strike, but Byrne pounced later to ensure all three points returned to Dublin.
