Bray to host St Pat's as 2017 Leinster Senior Cup fourth round draw made

The new season is well and truly within the grasp of its followers and today’s announcement of the Leinster Senior Cup draw highlights how close we are to the new domestic football term.

Undoubtedly, the tie of the round sees Bray Wanderers host Liam Buckley’s St. Patrick’s Athletic at the Carlisle Grounds in the only draw which sees two top-flight clubs face off.

Holders, Bohemians face a visit to either Malahide United or Crumlin United who must dual for a place against the Gypsies.

Similarly, St. Pats CY and Bluebell United must play off in the third-round to decide who visits Dundalk, while the reward for either Navan Cosmos or Thomastown United is a meeting with Shamrock Rovers.

Last season’s beaten finalists Wexford Youths visit First Division colleagues Shelbourne, UCD host Drogheda United, Pat Devlin’s Cabinteely will entertain Athlone Town while the final fixture will be determined after the winners between Firhouse Clover/Evergreen FC and Kilbarrack United/Longford Town are determined.
