The Extratime.ie Sportscast Episode 82 - Shane Keegan - Pete Mahon - Stephen Bermingham

On this week’s Extratime.ie Sportscast, presenter Josh Dolan is joined by three managers – one looking to get his team promoted, another looking to avoid the drop and the last hoping for European success.

 

Wexford Youths played out a crazy 5-4 victory against Galway United last week. Josh caught up with Youths manager Shane Keegan as he talked about that game and watching his side go 5-0 up only to concede four times in a row. He also talks about the season to date and the possibilities of a play-off to stay up.

 

Pete Mahon has steered his Drogheda United side into a play-off against Cobh Ramblers and he talks about life in the First Division, how Drogheda is a town with plenty of potential and his thoughts on how the promotion / relegation structure.

 

Stephen Bermingham’s Cork City U19’s claimed a historic goalless draw in Finland against HJK Helsinki in the first leg of their first round Uefa Youth League tie and Bermingham talked to Josh about that experience and his thoughts on the home leg on Wednesday.
